About this notice
This notice describes information handling on the UmiHR corporate information website. UmiHR is a Qort Inc. business. The handling of employee and customer records inside an authorised UmiHR application workspace is governed by the relevant customer arrangements and applicable service documentation.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form lets you enter your name, work email, company, team size, country or region and a message. The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit those fields to UmiHR, save them in browser storage or send them to an analytics service. The information is transmitted when you choose to send the email through your email provider.
How enquiries are used
If you send an enquiry, the receiving team uses the information to understand your request, reply, arrange a demonstration or discuss a commercial relationship. Please provide business contact information and avoid including employee records, identity documents, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Website technology
This website package uses locally served styles, scripts and images. It does not include advertising pixels, tracking analytics, third-party font requests or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps as part of operating and protecting the website.
Service providers and external links
Your email provider and the receiving organisation’s email and hosting providers process information as part of providing their services. Links to external sites, including Qort Inc., lead to services with their own information practices. If additional analytics or enquiry services are introduced, this notice should be updated before those services are used.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records should be retained only as needed for the conversation, the resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. To request information, correction or deletion relating to your enquiry, contact the corporate team. Identity or authority may need to be verified before records can be discussed or changed.
